Eight Louisville restaurants inspected between July 28-Aug. 3 earned a "C" score with a critical violation.

Each restaurant in Jefferson County is scored out of a possible 100 points. A score of 85 or above, with no critical violations, will earn a location an "A." A score of 84 or below, or citing one or more critical violations, regardless of the score, will earn a location a "C."
