City Planning Commission approves items on community center, Lucas Village redevelopment forward

Two projects in the city of Frederick can continue moving ahead, after votes by the city’s Planning Commission.

The commission voted unanimously Monday night to recommend a change to the City Council for the zoning of a property off Jefferson Street that will be used as a youth center.
