A husband and wife are currently walking the coastline of Dumfries and Galloway to raise money for a charity close to their hearts.
Charlotte and Wayne Stainton – who got married in July – are aiming to cover the entire UK coastline to support the North West Air Ambulance.
The pair, from Egrement in Cumbria, set off from Maryport earlier this month and made it to Gretna on Thursday.

Over the coming days, Charlotte and Wayne – and dogs Lola and Twitch – will be tackling the Dumfries and Galloway leg of their challenge, which will see them cover more than 7,700 miles.
