MADISON, Wis. -- As the new school year approaches, we are asking for help for our Back-to-School Drive . We once again hope to "Stuff the Bus" with essential supplies to ensure a successful school year for local kids.

News 3 Now and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Dane County are partnering to collect donations and school supplies for students in need. This campaign ends August 15th. You can find us again on Friday collecting school supplies outside the Walgreens on University Ave. across from Hilldale Shopping Center from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

We are collecting new or gently used school supplies, including backpacks, pencils, folders, crayons, colored pencils, lunchboxes, and any other essential items that students from preschool to 12th grade might need for the 2025-2026 school year.
