The S&P 500 was up 0.1% in early trading Friday, a day after nudging to its latest all-time high. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 211 points, and the Nasdaq composite was little changed. Stocks have been hitting records as expectations build on Wall Street that the Federal Reserve will deliver a cut to interest rates in September.
