CLEVELAND (WJW) -- The FOX 8 I-Team has learned the Ohio Department of Transportation Office of Aviation has denied an aviation permit for the Browns Stadium in Brook Park, but Browns officials say the FAA has provided the team with two letters stating there is a determination of “no hazard.”

In a letter dated Aug. 1, ODOT informed Haslam Sports Group officials that the permit application was denied.

Browns officials said they are working with ODOT on the matter.

Haslam Sports Group spokesperson Peter John-Baptiste released the following statement regarding the decision:
