2. More than 100 homes for sale in master-planned community Parkside on the River near Georgetown

Located west of downtown Georgetown, Parkside on the River will have about 3,000 homes at full build out.

Construction on the neighborhood started in 2021, and homebuilders include Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, M/I Homes, Perry Homes and Taylor Morrison.
