GRANVILLE, W.Va. — A Virginia man accused of exposing himself to women at several retail stores in the tri-state area turned himself in, authorities said.
Ohio County Sheriff Nelson Croft said 42-year-old Robert Edward Smith Jr., of Centreville, Virginia, surrendered at the Granville Police Department on Friday and posted a $75,000 bond.
Charges remain pending in other jurisdictions.
A warrant for Smith was issued in Granville, one of five locations where he allegedly exposed himself, officials said.
The incidents — all reported within several hours — involved stores including T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, and Target.
