CARTHAGE, Mo. — From initiative petition reform to her votes on paid sick leave to education funding, state Rep. Cathy Jo Loy, R-Carthage, said she wants to hear thoughts from constituents.

She will host her first town hall meeting from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, in the lower level of Carthage’s Memorial Hall. ×
