LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Twins Tylan and Taylan Walker have always been sneakerheads.

“It was probably, like, eighth-grade year ... and we were just collecting a lot of shoes, really a lot of beaters," Tylan Walker said. "We are getting to the point where we are learning how to clean shoes and then posting them on different apps, like Instagram, social media."

Fast forward five years. Not only have they turned their passion into a business — Finestkicks — but they've even opened a brick-and-mortar location at 5023 Poplar Level Road.

Now, Finestkicks is stepping up its game and going on wheels. Brianna Thompson, shoe restorer for the business, said creating a mobile shoe store addresses the need many of their customers have.
