ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Three Rochester men have been arrested and charged in connection with a postal theft ring, the United States Attorney's Office announced Friday.
Lamarious Bradley, Lucius Bradley, and Chad Brown face charges including mail theft, unlawful possession of U.S. Postal Service mailbox keys, and conspiracy to commit bank fraud. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
According to court documents, postal inspectors received reports on November 28, 2023, that blue collection boxes had been opened in the early morning hours in Irondequoit and Brighton. Video surveillance identified a vehicle and three men at the scene.
