WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A judge on Friday amended the court-ordered curfew for a Waco woman charged with her two sons and another woman with financially exploiting the widow of former Big Red president Donal Sharp.

In the third in a series of bond hearings held in the case, 19th State District Judge Thomas West amended the curfew for 79-year-old Mary Justice after the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office sought to revoke her $150,000 bail bond because she allowed the battery on her GPS ankle monitor to shut down for 11 hours on July 27, making her whereabouts unknown.
