The Ann Dupee Gem of the Hills Award was recently presented to Sally Guggino , a remarkable individual whose dedication and service truly reflect the spirit of this prestigious honor.

The award was presented by South Lake Chamber of Commerce President David Colby, who praised Guggino’s years of unwavering commitment to the community.

Accepting the award, Sally Guggino shared a personal promise she made years ago: “I made a deal with God that when I retire, if You keep me healthy, I will do volunteer work for the rest of my life.” I t appears that the deal worked.
