Formerly known as Next Level Burger, the Oregon-born chain acquired Veggie Grill last year and effectively became the continent’s largest plant-based restaurant company with 24 locations nationwide.

One is located in the University neighborhood of Denver and when it debuted in 2022 , the extensive menu was a standout feature.
