Findings from a law enforcement investigation into reports of nude women being shown on a TV inside state Superintendent Ryan Walters’ office during state business in late July are now in the hands of local prosecutors.

Oklahoma County Sheriff Tommie Johnson announced Friday afternoon that his office concluded its investigation and referred the case to Oklahoma County District Attorney Vicki Behenna.
