New Somerset Independent board member sworn in; board hears about district's tech security

Somerset Independent’s Board of Education has not only secured its newest member, it has made sure to secure the information of all the students, teachers and staff.

Somerset Independent may have held its first day of classes last week, but this week saw the first day on the job for new board member Samantha Richardson.
