A former supply teacher has been indefintely banned from ever working with children again following a misconduct review. The Teaching Regulation Authority held the review into the conduct of Frederick Peppert, 67, a former supply teacher with the agency, Vision for Education Ltd.

Peppert walked out of court with a suspended sentence in January, last year, after he was caught with 32 photos showing children being sexually abused. He was handed a sexual harm prevention order which restricts how he can communicate with people and monitors his use of the internet.

In January this year, he was back before Teesside Crown Court for breaching the order by deleting Whatsapp messages , which he was not allowed to do under the terms of it. Now, the teaching authority's conduct panel has made
