OMAHA, Neb. —
New owners are bringing fresh fusion flavors to the heart of downtown Omaha at Nosh , 1006 Dodge St. Jamie Costine and Blair Hartigan say the restaurant offers exactly the atmosphere they were looking to own.
"We wanted to keep some of the Nosh staples that the community has learned to love but also bring a couple of new tastes to the menu," Costine said. "We have some Colorado green chili flair, some lumpia, some Filipino flair, some Asian tastes as well."
"Ever since I’ve known her, her dream has been to own a restaurant," Blair said of his wife, Jamie. "Nosh became available, and we love this space — it’s not too big, not too small."
On the menu , diners will find bruschetta boards with eight options and sharables like Lola’s Lumpia, named after Jamie’s grandmother.
