MINDEN, LA (KTAL/KMSS) — Over the offseason the Glenbrook football program hired a familiar face as its head coach. The Apaches hired Greg Tibbitt, who guided the program during the 2012 and 2013 seasons, where he finished with a record of 15-9. Heading into this season, Tibbitt is happy to be back in Minden to lead a promising young group of players.

“It was very exciting for us to come back," Tibbitt said.

Tibbitt returns after serving as the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Green Forest High School in Arkansas. When he saw the opportunity to return to Glenbrook, he couldn’t pass it up.

“When I was here before, Glenbrook was in the MAIS over in Mississippi and just being able to move to the LHSAA was very appealing," he said. "We are very excited to be here and the schools
