HGTV, the Home and Garden Television channel, recently released a list of what they think is the best roadside attraction for each state; California's is uncommon.

An article on the channel's website listed some well-known roadside attractions nationwide, such as Illinois' collection of world's largest things, Kentucky's Big Bat at the Louisville Slugger Museum, or Nevada's International Car Forest.

California's list of roadside attractions is long, especially famous ones like the Santa Cruz Mystery Spot, the Winchester Mystery House, and San Luis Obispo's Bubblegum Alley.

HGTV's pick for the Golden State is one that isn't as talked about but is still a marvel.
