SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Owners of a small business in Springfield are frustrated with ongoing problems getting products to their customers.

Nina and Matt Craighead own Crossbreed Seconds , a conceal-carry holster reseller that does all of its business online and through shipping.

“We do pay for the shipping and the taxes for our customers. We try to keep our prices as low as we possibly can to give a good product to the customer,” Nina said.

The Craigheads began their reseller business for retirement income, but say they have recently been losing money because of shipping delays and lost packages through the United States Postal Service. What they see most frequently is customers getting a refund from their card or payment company when the package is late.
