Barstool Sports owner Dave Portnoy has reacted to the NCAA ’s announcement of a fine set to cost Michigan more than $20 million.

The Wolverines’ sign-stealing saga is now at an end, with their penalty being announced this Friday, which includes recruiting restrictions, show-cause orders, and forfeited postseason revenue, which brings the total financial hit to a sum over $20 million.

Portnoy lashed out at the NCAA, branding them “corrupt” and “d**kless,” while asserting that they lose every lawsuit and have no grip on NIL.

He also called the fine “ashtray money,” suggesting it’s nothing to the program.

“They lose every lawsuit, can’t control anything, and now they’re trying to flex on Michigan? Please,” he declared.
