Michelle Yeoh brings Chinese blockbuster 'Ne Zha 2' to life in English dub
Michelle Yeoh has voiced a character in the English dub of the Chinese animated blockbuster “Ne Zha 2.” The film became the highest-grossing animated film of all time this year, earning over $2.2 billion. Around $20 million of that came from a North American release earlier this year. The dubbed version is a collaboration between A24 and CMC Pictures and features Yeoh as Ne Zha’s mother, Lady Yin. Yeoh praised the film's animation and believes the English version will help it resonate globally. The film opens in North American theaters on Aug. 22.
