BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Students at Inclusion Films in Bakersfield were cast in a Hollywood film and talked about their experience while shooting the film on Friday.

The movie, "Plight" revolves around an alternate dystopian reality, a forsaken brotherhood of young men who embark on a treacherous journey to get life-saving medication for their caregiver.

The disabled and neurodivergent have been cast aside, forced to survive on society's fringes. Among them are Peter, James, Bart, and Russell—four autistic young men cared for by their guardian, Connie, in a remote farmhouse.
