While patrolling Lincoln Avenue during the night shift, WPD said it spotted a car swerving across the centerline. Subsequently, an officer made a traffic stop. The driver, Raymundo Franco, 38, admitted that he drank “several beers” but insisted he was fine to drive, according to WPD.
"His driving — and his field sobriety tests — told a very different story," WPD said.
Franco’s blood alcohol level was reportedly found to be more than twice the legal limit of .08.
