Man accused of threatening mass-casualty event passed background checks, Little League says

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — A security guard who is accused of threatening a mass casualty event at the Little League World Series completed all the required background checks to allow him to work on the complex.

That was the word Friday from Little League spokesperson Kevin Fountain about Isaiah Biviens Randall, 20.

Randall did not have any prior criminal convictions that would prevent his employment in the complex in South Williamsport, he said.
