This upcoming season, Hudson Hollenbeck is ensuring his impact will go beyond the football field.

The senior punter for the Michigan football team spoke to reporters on Thursday and shared the story behind his Punting Away Cancer campaign . A few months before Hollenbeck began college at Mississippi State, his mother, Gina Hollenbeck, passed away after being diagnosed with stage 4 ALK-Positive lung cancer seven years prior.
