BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) - The Bloomington High Purple Raiders surprised many in the Big 12 in 2024 with then-first-year head coach Niall Mulcahy.

They brought home their first eight-win season in 15 years and also won a home playoff game as well.

But only seven starters are returning for Bloomington, but it's a handful of veterans on the offensive line. They include first-team all-conference David Williams and supporting cast member Israel Lukoji.

We want to be a playoff team like last year. We want to be one of the best in the conference. And I think with the guys that we have this year, we'll be able to achieve that.
