LANCASTER, S.C. – 32-year-old William Abbott, Junior of Lancaster is facing 19 charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor.

Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office investigators say Abbott engaged in criminal acts with a child, and manufactured child sex abuse material.

If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison for each count.
