SUPERIOR, Wis. (Northern News Now) - For the 7th straight year, Project Tomorrow and Black Label Collective brought their signature event back to Gondik Law Speedway, Suicide and Prevention Night at the Races.

The event’s purpose is to bring joy to what is a very difficult topic.

“We’re looking for a way to impact the community up here, and to reach out in a way you don’t always get from your healthcare professionals,” said Project Tomorrow Board Member Ed Kellner.

The event was packed with family fun, like stencil painting, raffles, and, of course, great racing.

“The ultimate way to go against the stigma of suicide is to be joyous and spread it,” said Kellner.
