COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A crash left a biker injured late Friday night, according to police.

They said they responded to Cimarron, near 8th street, for a report of a crash a little after 10:30 p.m.

On scene, they said they learned a car hit a person on a bike.

That biker was taken to the hospital. They were injured, but so far, police have said their injuries were not life threatening.

Police said the driver of the vehicle that reportedly hit them stayed on scene. So far, CSPD said neither alcohol nor drugs appear to be a factor and that the driver has been cooperating with their investigation.
