SELINSGROVE — Paul Bachman isn’t sure what he’ll do when the Pepper Tree, a popular Snyder County restaurant, closes after 30 years at the end of the month.

“I’m here every day for breakfast, unless I have an appointment. It’s the only place where they know how to cook eggs sunny-side up,” said Bachman who has been patronizing the 2061 Route 522 eatery in Penn Township since sisters Ginger Stroh, Patti Miller and Michelle Mull began operating the Pepper Tree in the mid-1990s.
