CHICO — Exam anxiety doesn’t exist for these students. There’s no tests or grades, but all the learning.

The Chico State Osher Lifelong Learning Institute has scheduled its fall 2025 session with more than 100 classes to sign up for in a vast range of topics.

From beginner Tai Chi, how to effectively shop at thrift stores, a history of libraries, create one’s own unique cartoons, the French language, how to grow edible gardens and knitting, class topics are designed for adults 50 and older but open to adults of all ages.

Prospective students can improve skills even with use of their digital tablet, like in OLLI Instructor Cris Guenter’s class, Intro to Drawing and Painting on the iPad.
