A former JD Wetherspoon pub manager has triumphed in an employment tribunal after the chain dismissed him for granting a colleague a 50% food discount. Peter Castagna-Davies was let go from his position as a shift leader at the Pontlottyn pub in Abertillery, despite boasting 22 years of impeccable service.
