Chris Davies has reversed the six changes he made for the midweek victory over Sheffield United for today’s Championship clash with Blackburn Rovers.

In doing so the Birmingham City manager has named the same XI which came within a late penalty of defeating Ipswich Town on opening day.

That sees Ryan Allsop return in goal, with a back four of Bright Osayi-Samuel, Phil Neumann, Christoph Klarer and Alex Cochrane.

The midfield duo of Tomoki Iwata and Paik Seung-ho are reunited, with Demarai Gray fit to resume having been taken off at half-time on Wednesday. Jay Stansfield and Keshi Anderson play behind Kyogo Furuhashi.

Kanya Fujimoto is on the bench, taking Krystian Bielik ’s place after the Pole’s departure to West Brom. The Japanese play-maker could come on for his first appearanc
