The rain has made its way past us, and the Portland area is looking at a gorgeous weekend.

A light rain dropped 0.15 inch of precipitation at the Portland International Airport overnight, but the forecast for Saturday is mostly sunny with a high around 77 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday will start cloudy before gradually clearing to mostly sunny with the high staying around 77 degrees.

Monday’s forecast calls for partly sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s. The rest of the workweek is expected to be sunny with gradually increasing high temperatures in the 80s until Friday, when the high could hit 90.
