The Radnor Police Department will again be hosting the two-day Police Chaplain Basic Course on Sept. 29 and 30.

The classes are taught by Resilient Minds on the Front Lines.

The mission of the chaplains program is to establish chaplains and chaplain teams in police departments, sheriff’s offices, as well as law enforcement and first responder agencies.

This is accomplished through promotion, certified training, consultation and encouragement.

This training program is intended to prepare law enforcement and first responder chaplains for their specialized work.
