PHILADELPHIA — The Browns spent most of the week dodging the questions. Hours before their second preseason game at the Philadelphia Eagles, they could dodge it no longer.

Rookie Dillon Gabriel will make his NFL debut with his first preseason start against the Eagles. Tyler Huntley will be the only other quarterback available for the Browns against Philadelphia.

Coach Kevin Stefanski spent most of the week deflecting questions about whether or not Gabriel would start the game, citing the hamstring injury that limited the third-round pick the previous week when the Browns had a joint practice and preseason game at the Carolina Panthers.
