(WJW) -- You could win some serious cash if lady luck is on your side.

The Powerball jackpot is now at its biggest amount this year, according to the lottery's website, reaching an estimated $565 million for Saturday night's drawing.

The cash value is $255.3 million.

The Powerball jackpot was last won on May 31, 2025 in California. There have been 23 consecutive drawings since then without a grand prize winner, according to Powerball. However, nearly 50 players have won "smaller" Powerball prizes worth $1 million or more.

Powerball tickets are $2 per play.

Drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. ET.

The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.
