BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Bentonville man was sentenced to 10 years after admitting he possessed child sexual abuse material, some depicting children as young as six years old.

Dallas Burnett, 31, pleaded guilty to distributing, possessing, or viewing sexually explicit conduct involving a child on Thursday, Aug. 14. Burnett’s plea deal was accepted, and he received a 10-year prison sentence.

Burnett was arrested in January 2023 after investigators linked him to 12 images and videos containing child sexual abuse material depicting minors ages six through 16, according to a probable cause affidavit.
