FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Dutch muralist Leon Keer is in the middle of completing the first of two large-scale public artworks in downtown Fayetteville.
Keer, known for 3D street paintings that blend classical techniques with interactive elements, has created murals worldwide, including in Mexico, Australia, Saudi Arabia and Russia.
