The only thing that matters during the preseason is getting out of these games healthy. We didn’t need to see the San Francisco 49ers’ starters for more than a series. However, Dominick Puni did not come out with Connor Colby and Spencer Burford, a couple of other offensive linemen who started the game.
The team reported that Puni was ruled out with a knee injury after a series of his leaving. We don’t want to speculate on what the injury is without having all of the information.
