In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past three weeks, with an average price of $151,524, or $86 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of July 26 to the week of Aug. 15 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
