A house in Genoa that sold for $540,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cayuga County in the past week.

In total, 17 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $194,420, or $116 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 9 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,562-square-foot single-family house at 458 Victory Road in Victory has been sold. The price was $129,900, $83 per square foot. The house was built in 1900. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on July 23.
