Fans of film, art and music cheered as the Redlands Bowl wrapped its 102nd Summer Music Festival Friday, Aug. 15.

The festival finale featured a musical feast for movie lovers, followed by fireworks. Film music producer Robert Townson presented “Pictures at an Exhibition: The Paintings of Bob Peak,” featuring the Redlands Symphony Orchestra conducted by Ransom Wilson. The show paired music from iconic films with art by Peak, a movie poster illustrator.

Friday’s concert brought an end to the annual music festival, which brings an eclectic mix of performers to the historic amphitheater each year.

Performances for the 103rd Summer Music Festival in 2026 have yet to be announced.
