Tortugas is more than a pizza joint, it's a family affair decades in the making. Carlos and Carol Vizcaino first crossed paths in a Chicago pizzeria in the 1980s. After falling in love and starting a family, the couple brought their Chicago pizza passion down south to Birmingham in 1999.
