Oasis made a poignant tribute to Liam and Noel Gallagher’s mum with a heartfelt dedication at their first Croke Park show.
Returning to Ireland for the first time since 2008 on Saturday night (August 16), the brothers were playing to over 80,000 loyal fans.
With just two dates announced for Ireland’s national stadium , the battle to secure tickets was arguably tougher than any of their UK shows.
Fans from across the country travelled to the home of GAA, Ireland’s main sporting organisation, to hear their favourite tunes in the flesh.
The sun was shining throughout the day, with a sea of bucket hats once again circulating around the crowd .
Liam was in a chatty mood, using the occasion to reflect on playing in Croke Park for the first time right before Some Might Say.
