Parole Violation Arrest: On Aug. 7 at around 4:45 p.m., officers responded to assist Parole Agents near the 1500 block of East Main Street with an investigation involving a client they supervise — 70-year-old Alejo Navarro of Woodland. During the investigation and search, Navarro was found to be in possession of several grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Because Navarro has a status as a 290 PC registrant, the possession of drugs is classified as a felony. Navarro was arrested and booked at the Yolo County Jail for a parole violation, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
