It's "shocking" how much Kristi Noem has changed, according to a former Republican colleague Saturday.

Noem has been criticized for what some have called a "MAGA makeover" in recent years. According to former Republican representative Adam Kinzinger, that's an understatement.

In a video released by the ex-GOP congressman on Saturday, Kinzinger calls Noem's ICE agents Trump's personal law enforcement team. He then blasts Noem for her reported "weird living arrangement" in which she does not pay any rent.

"That's a really weird thing," Kinzinger said. "Everything about Kristi Noem is weird."

He then went into his own memories of working with Noem.

"And I could sit here and spend 20 minutes telling you about how I know Kristi Noem and who she was when I was elected with her," he said. "She is 180 degrees different than she used to be, and it's shocking."

Kinzinger added, "There's no scientific explanation for how she's gotten to where she is. But I will say history will not be kind to her, I certainly hope."
