LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Around 100 engines roared across southeast Nebraska on Saturday for a poker run.

But not just any poker run.

The cards were dealt by the local nonprofit — EnoughDV — to shine a light on the domestic violence crisis in Nebraska.

“We are honoring eight beautiful women that have lost their lives,” said Brittany Micari, the community events coordinator for EnoughDV. “There was one in 2021, one in 2023, and the most recent in 2024 and 2025. I reached out to all of their family members to gather permissions to use them at the final stop. We’ll have a large memorial table put together for them.”

Riders made five stops across the state: Valparaiso, David City, Staplehurst and Seward before making the last stop at Braska Bar in Lincoln.
